The company worked off of the clients drawings and agreed on a specification of works for the kitchen and lounge extension and internal alterations. A contract price was negotiated with the client without tendering. The extension provided an open plan kitchen, dining and living space and extended the lounge. Work also included work to the first floor of the house, renovating the existing bathroom and bedrooms and creating two en-suite bathrooms.
