The work for this project was obtained after a tender
process. Extensive renovation was carried out to the whole of an old
character property. The work was
completed to an extremely high and exacting standard with bespoke joinery,
stonework and metal work just a few of the features incorporated into the
project. The house benefits from a ground source heat pump system, which
involved a large amount of groundwork and careful planning and co-operation
between the heat pump and plumbing contractors.
The external works to the property were extensive,
including driveway remodelling, a large walled vegetable garden, pond
refurbishment and a new jetty.
