Farminer Developments were appointed following a tender process and held early client engagement meetings to ensure the clients’ needs and requirements were met. As the main contractor, works included demolition of the existing property and development of the 6 bedroom property. This three storey new build is a modern take on an arts & crafts house built to a high specification. Central to the building is a bespoke helical staircase. Oak lintels were added above the windows and the use of handmade clay tiles aided in giving a traditional feel. The 6 bedrooms, all with en-suites, and open plan living to the ground floor finishes the house to modern expectations.
