The work involved a substantial amount of demolition of external and internal walls. A large two storey extension was built that extended the living and sleeping areas. The whole house was completely remodelled to produce a classic finish to the client’s specification. This included panelling to the entrance hall and parquet floors. New colonial style stairs were fitted. The external work included new patios and driveway.
